can you make changes to the design after my order has been placed? 

Zazzle prints items exactly as they appear on your screen when you add to cart. I'm unable to make any changes to the design once your order has been placed. If you’d like customization, please wait to make your purchase until you’ve received a link to your customized product.  

IF YOU NEED CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:

If you need to make changes to your order, you can cancel your order (as long as it's still in "pending" status), make your changes and then place a new order.

when will I receive my order?

Zazzle ships all orders. Their turnaround times vary based on a few things including: your location, the product you're purchasing, and when you purchase. You can check their current turnaround time by adding one to your cart (non-customized) and start the checkout process to see what the delivery estimate would be if you were to order today. Then obviously, don't place your order, and remove the item from your cart.

who do I contact if I have a question? 

I am the designer, and Zazzle is the seller. I create the designs on products that Zazzle offers. when you place your order through the Zazzle website, they take your payment and print and ship your order.
